Fazzino
Charles Fazzino is a 3-D artist
of graphics and some sculpture. Over the course of his twenty-year-career,
Charles Fazzino has had over forty one-man exhibitions. He creates
twenty to thirty new editions each year. Best known for his
whimsical, exuberant renditions of New York City, Fazzino has
also immortalized locales such as San Francisco, Jerusalem,
Munich and Atlanta, pop icons such as Marilyn Monroe, Elvis
Presley, and the characters of Walt Disney, and famous sports
franchises like the New York Yankees, Miami Dolphins, and Denver
Broncos.
As the creator of limited edition fine art silkscreen serigraphs,
he is best known for his use of vibrant colors, exceptional
detail and story telling ability. After going through a hand-printed
silkscreen process, each image is meticulously cut, glued, glittered,
and assembled-again, all by hand. Each piece is an individual
creation.
Charles Fazzino has also recently branched out into other mediums
and has signed on several secondary product licensees of his
own. Fazzino 3-D sculptures, chess sets, writing instruments,
sleep wear, hosiery, and puzzles are among the products that
can be found on the marketplace.
His artwork can be found in the private collections of Rosie
O'Donnell, Michael Eisner, Hillary Clinton, Roger Clemens, Dan
Marino, and many other internationally renowned figures.
