| Rudy O. Pozzatti

Rudy Pozzatti was born in Telluride, Colorado in 1925. Pozzatti
was graduated from the University of Colorado in 1948 and received
his Masters of Fine Arts there in 1950. Following a graduate
assistant teaching fellowship at the University of Colorado
he became instructor in painting, graphic arts, and design
at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, and in 1954 was promoted
to assistant professor.
He has had six one-man exhibitions and has participated in
over forty others. His work is represented in some thirty public
collections.
Of the numerous awards he has received the most important
was a Fullbright Grant for one year's study in Italy where
he was affiliated with Istituto d'Arte in Florence in 1952
and 1953.
