Stefan Wewerka, German (1928 - 2013)
Stefan Wewerka was born on 27 October, the second son of the sculptor Rudolf Wewerka and his wife Margaret, née Weber, in Magdeburg Wilhelm city.
Schooling in Magdeburg on the Berthold-Otto-school.
(During school occasional meetings with the anti-fascist priest Dr. Peter Lackas whose conversations about religion, art and politics provided an important counterpoint to the Hitler Youth.)
