Allison Berry earned a BA from Yale University in 1980, attended New York Studio School 1981-82, and graduated with an MFA from Brooklyn College in 1990. Allison Berry studied under Gabor Peterdi, Robert Reed, Jan Carlile, Bob Henry, Allan D'Arcangelo, and Joseph Groell.
Allison was a visiting lecurer at Brooklyn College, and served as studio Supervisor at the Brooklyn College Art Department Press for the production of the Women's Portfolio. Her work has been shown at White Columns and the Soho Center for Visual Artists, both in New York City. Allison's Work is also included in the Hijirizaka Collection in Tokyo, Japan.
