James Havard (1937–2020) was an American painter and sculptor recognized for his contributions to Abstract Illusionism and his exploration of indigenous and outsider art themes. Born in Galveston, Texas, he studied at Sam Houston State College and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.
