about Crossing Waters

Several horses struggle against their rope pulled by a cowboy on horseback as they descend down a short, albeit steep slope into a shallow river.

With a covered wagon in the distance, the entourage has left the sole cowboy already in the river to handle getting all of the reluctant horses into and across the river.

About The Medium: Lithograph

A print created using flat stones or metal plates. The artist creates a lithograph by drawing an image directly onto the printing element using materials like lithograph crayons or special grease pencils. After this, the drawing is transferred from the plate to the paper in multiples. A lithograph will not have dots when examined with a magnifying glass.
