About the artist:

Ed Tompkins is an artist, designer, photographer, teacher and multimedia professional based in Hawai'i. Known for his creativity and versatility, Ed has completed works in Lithography, Embossed Serigraphy, Painting (oil and acrylic), Sculpture, and Mixed Media. He is currently working on a series of gourds that depict the cration myths and legends of Africa, Hawa'i, and other cultures.
