about Brussels (P5.30)

This unique vertical depiction of a narrow alleyway somewhere in Brussels, Belgium is a fine example of Eve Nethercott's ability to capture the essence of a locale with minimal coloring and an emphasis on perspective.

Looking up at the high archway, the viewer encounters a narrow alleyway fitted with several more lower arches that continue onto other streets and more crevices hidden between buildings.
