Artist Statement: "I was born in Europe on 22 November 1955 As a child and teenager, I was fortunate that my family lived close to the sea, and that I could spend my vacation on my grandparents' farm in the mountains. It was during this time that I not only fell in love with all af natures' creatures, but with sketching and painting them, too.
