about Homme au Cornet

Surrounded by a charcoal background, the male figure at the center of this Pablo Picasso print appears illuminated by the light emanating from the upper right corner.

Infused with a series of flesh tones that contrast with the cool blue and green shadows, this representation of a man is striking and angular. A classic example of the artist's Cubist technique, the work contains a multitude of perspectives merged into one. With Estate-approved Picasso signature printed below image. It also has in typeset under image, 'Collection Marina Picasso' and the copyright info in typeset right of image.
