The artist Rugero Valdini was born in Galicia in northwest Spain. He studied art at Santiago de Compostela and subsequently became an art instructor at Peleteiro College. . In the late 1950's Rugero Valdini moved to Madrid to study at the Circulo de Bellas Artes. Here he spent several years training.
