Born in Romania, Vladescu was introduced to sculpture as a young child. As Vladescu’s affection for art and sculpture grew, his parents enrolled him in the School for Plastic Arts in Bucharest, Romania. Due to his parents’ professions, Vladescu had an opportunity to travel and live in many countries including Israel, France, Martinique, and finally the United States.
