About the artist:

Born in Chicago, Illinois in 1942. Studies began at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago at age twelve and continued until awarded a full scholarship to the same school. Created series of paintings and limited edition Designer of commemorative plate for Limoges, lithographs for Timely Elegance Gallery and Runon Corporation in Nagoya and Osaka, Japan Commissioned by Ray Kroch to paint portrait of Lou Brock, baseball player for the St. Louis Cardinals; presented painting during ceremony at game in San Diego stadium. Appointed by the U.S. Olympic Committee to complete a series of paintings depicting the Innsbruck and Montreal Games in 1976 (first offical artists of the U.S. Olympics).
