About the artist:

Gerard Fitremann was born in 1946 in France. Well known for surrealist portraits and landscapes and was a student at the Academy of Liege. He worked alongside Carpentier Kempen. He often participates in exhibitions in Brussels and Liege. In 1970 he abandone his role as a master printer to concentrate exclusively on his own artwork. Steadily creating a large body of work - etchings, watercolors, and paintings. In Paris, Fitremann's reptuation was built through selling in galleries then international art fairs.
