About the artist:
Wildlife artist Tom Sander was born in Bellingham, Washington in 1938 and now resides in the Kalispell, Montana area. He was raised in southern Oregon, and graduated from the University of Oregon. He is also a member of the Society of Animal Artists and the Northwest Rendezvous Group.
